What is Qi Gong

Qi Gong practice which has been kept secret in China for over 5000 years within families and esoteric schools has now been made available to the general public and benefiting millions of people around the world. Qi Gong is a component of traditional Chinese medicine that combines movement, meditation, and regulation of breathing to enhance the flow of Qi (an ancient term given to what is believed to be vital energy) in the body, improve blood circulation, and enhance immune function. There are probably a few thousand styles of Qi Gong in China. Among these, Zhi Neng Qi Gong stands out as one of the most effective in improving a person's health and nourishing his body with vital universal energy. Translated literally, Zhi Neng Qi Gong means "Cultivating Intelligent Energy".

Grandmaster
Pang He Ming

Zhi Neng Qi Gong was created by Dr. Pang Ming, an extraordinarily powerful Qi Gong Grandmaster. By combining his profound knowledge of Chinese medicine with modern science, he has revived the ancient Chinese internal cultivation of Qi Gong as a healing art as well as a modern science of body-mind. Dr. Pang was also one of the pioneer grandmasters to first unravel the Qi Gong enigma to the general public. He founded the largest medicine-less hospital in China, where Zhi Neng Qi Gong has been used to study mind-body science and its applications to self-healing. He has set up training centers in China that have trained thousands of Gi Gong teachers, most of whom have chosen to dedicate their lives to share and teach Qi Gong to the public.
